Star and Soul Retreat Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to the Full Moon Sanctuary Retreat (the "Event"), you

agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Astrological Data

• Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate birth data (date, exact

time, and location) upon registration.

• Deadlines: This data must be submitted at registration. Failure to provide

this data on time may result in the forfeiture of your personalized

Astrological Blueprint Reading.

• Privacy: Your birth data is collected solely for the creation of your custom

astrological chart, and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

2. Health, Wellness, and Activities Disclaimer

• Nature of Services: The sound bath, astrological readings, tarot readings,

and perfume blending offered during this Event are for relaxation, self-

reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute

medical, psychological, or professional financial advice.

• Sound Bath Safety: Sound healing involves high-vibrational frequencies. If

you are pregnant, wear a pacemaker, or suffer from severe sound-induced

epilepsy or medical conditions, you must consult your doctor before

participating in this event

• Allergies: The Moon Perfume Blending Bar uses natural essential oils and

ingredients. A catered lunch is also provided. You are solely responsible

for notifying the host of any severe skin allergies, contact dermatitis, or

food allergies prior to the Event.

• Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to

another person up to 48 hours before the event. You must notify the

host via email at starandsoulretreats@gmail.com with the new attendee’s

name and birth details.

3. Liability Waiver and ReleaseBy purchasing this ticket, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Star

and Soul Retreats, the venue owners, caterers, and all individual practitioners

(astrologers, tarot readers, sound healers) from any and all liability, claims,

damages, or demands arising out of your participation in the Event.

4. Media Consent

• Photography: Photography or video recording may take place during the

Event for promotional use. By attending, you grant Star and Soul Retreats

the right to use your likeness in future marketing materials. If you wish to

opt-out, you must notify the host via e-mail before the Event begins.

Property and Homeowner Disclaimer

• Property Waiver: The Event is being hosted on private residential

property. By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, you explicitly

agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Homeowner from any and

all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or accidental

death, as well as property damage or expenses of any nature, occurring

during or as a result of your attendance.

• Guest Responsibility: You agree to respect the private residence, stay

within the designated event boundaries, and follow all safety instructions

provided by the host. You assume full financial and legal responsibility for

any physical damage you cause to the homeowner’s property, structures,

or landscaping.

Prohibited Areas: Access to any personal, private, or non-designated areas of

the home or grounds is strictly prohibited.

• Pool and Spa Safety Disclaimer: There is a swimming pool/spa on the

property grounds. This water feature is strictly off-limits to all retreat

attendees. Swimming, wading, or sitting on the edge of the pool is

completely prohibited. You acknowledge that water features present

inherent risks, and you assume full personal responsibility for your safety

by staying completely clear of the pool area.

5. Registration, Cancellation & Transfer Policies

•All retreat registrations and payments are non refundable. By

registering for the retreat, participations acknowledge that Star & SoulRetreats secures, venues, experiences and related retreat expenses

including but not limited to custom chart preparation, catered meal and

perfume kits in advance based on attendance commitments.

•If a participant is unable to attend, their registration may be

transferred to another individual upon written notice and approval by

Star & Soul Retreats no later than 14 days before the retreat start

date. The original participant is responsible to find a replacement

attendee and for any costs associated with the transfer.

•No refunds, credits or partial refunds will be provided for cancellations,

no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, illness, travel delays, weather

conditions, personal emergencies or any other reason.

•In the unlikely even that Star & Soul Retreats cancels the retreat,

participants will receive a refund of payments. Star & Soul Retreats is

not responsible for any travel expenses, airline tickets,

accommodations booked separately, travel insurance, or other costs

incurred by participants.

have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all the terms, conditions, liability

waivers, property rules, and policies outlined in this Star and Soul Retreat

Agreement.

I explicitly acknowledge that:

• My ticket purchase is non-refundable.

• I am entering a shoe-free, residential property with an off-limits pool area at my

own risk.

• I have accurately disclosed any severe food allergies and birth data required for

the event.
